Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Returns must be unused, in the condition you received them. Items that are used, damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original boxes or bags will be subject to a restocking fee.

We want to ensure the best possible experience for our customers, and do everything we can to remove any risk of shopping online with Enclave Mfg Co., and is why we offer free domestic returns and exchanges.

If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, simply send us an e-mail including your order number and our Customer Service department will email you your pre-paid domestic USPS shipping label. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will issue your approved refund via the original method of payment.

2 Year Warranty: Enclave has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for two years after the original purchase date from our website or authorized dealer If the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any damage you might cause to our products. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, fall, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you've purchased from our site or Amazon, the order number will suffice; otherwise if you purchased via another authorized seller or retail location, you will need to contact them directly as they handle their own warranty claims, returns and exchanges.
