Shipping & Delivery

All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 11AM PST on Fridays may not be processed for shipping until the following Monday morning.

Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an automated shipping notification with tracking.

Domestic Shipping:

• Our warehouse is based in the US. Standard USPS first class mail typically takes 2-3 days. You can expect to receive your domestic order in 2-5 business days.
• USPS Priority Shipments typically take 1-2 days from shipment.

International Shipping Policy:

• Standard International Shipping is tracked through DHL, once DHL delivers the package to the destination country, final delivery will be with your local post office or EMS service. Please allow 7-28 days for your package to reach its destination.
• Typically there won't be any customs fees with your package. We will do our best to minimize any customs charges relating to the invoice but they will vary from country to country and we cannot guarantee what they will be in advance. Any tax or customs fees will be shouldered by our customers once the product reaches the country.
